It has a very efficient, both internal and external core of the second type, thick walls made of the highest quality polished aluminum, which guarantees great durability, great cooling, and excellent air flows (unlike intercoolers from delivery vehicles, they do not "clog" the intake). They perfectly replace serial intercoolers, increasing the performance of the car.
Our intercoolers were the only ones tested with a pressure of over 10 bar - even such a high pressure does not make any impression on them.

Unlike similar intercoolers sold online, all coolers sold by us have a new, much more efficient core of the second type! The old core visible on the right had very sparsely arranged fins, and only in one row (looking through the inlet, you could see the outlet), which resulted in poor cooling - the air passing through it did not give off all the heat.
A completely new, external core made of two layers is responsible for dissipating heat. Its internal part has thin, additionally cut lamellas, which, thanks to their breathability, give off heat perfectly. Their appropriate arrangement and the cuts visible in the photo guarantee optimal ventilation (a huge improvement in cooling compared to the external, dense core installed in cheaper coolers), while the external, strong layer of lamellas protects it from mechanical damage.
